Delete your Solace account.

You can request deletion of your Solace by Therapy Friend account at any time. Here's how it works and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion in two ways:

  • In the app: go to Profile → Delete account (or use Clear memory if you only want to erase your saved history and keep the account).
  • By email: write to support@therapyfriend.ai with the subject line "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login
  • Your profile and preferences
  • Your saved sessions
  • Your journal entries
  • Your conversation history with Solace

What's kept, and for how long

Anonymised billing records may be retained as legally required (for tax and accounting purposes). Everything else is deleted within 30 days of your request.
